Our Mission

  1. To provide merciful relief to the suffering part of our community.

  2. To provide opportunity for the community to serve the suffering.

  3. To feed the hungry and needy and provide an environment for social interaction during meal times.

The Foundation is dedicated to responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.* He calls upon each follower to respond to the needs of the downcast with a merciful heart, supplying not only words, but also and most importantly, deeds. *Matthew 25:31-46

The Foundation Dinners serves over 2,500 meals a month. Foundation Dinners operates from the generosity of churches, individuals, and businesses.

Our team consists of full-time and part-time staff to manage the kitchen operation, as well as the social service resources available to our guests. Our volunteer base largely supports our daily efforts, committing to frequent volunteer shifts to assist our paid staff.

Food is donated on a regular basis by local corporations such as Kroger, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Panera, Walmart and Pizza Hut. Many businesses and individuals donate food from collection drives benefiting Foundation Dinners, or in response to our weekly donation needs list posted on our social media pages.
